We have just added three new articles on our support page, the articles are;
How to optimise a website The information on each page, the text, is used to find relevant keywords and key phrases about your product, we then research what people type into a search engine to find your product or service and if these keywords are not on your page, they need to be added in the correct places throughout the text.
Meta tags Most everyone has heard the term “Meta Tags”, these are the important parts of any search engine marketing campaign and sit hidden in the background code of a website.
Pay per click The term “pay per click” means you pay the search engine every time someone clicks on your advert, a good way of getting on the first page quickly.
CMS or Content Management System is something that we program into your website so you can update the website yourself, this gives you full control of your site to update text and images.
What are H1 Tags H1 tags are used to make your headings larger, making them more important and stand out from the rest of your text,. there are of course several other H tags.
Our new support page is now in place, we will soon be adding a new ticket system for easier support requests, currently, we have added around a hundred video tutorials for email, ftp, using the Plesk control panel and many more. There are a few web articles, a jargon buster and FAQs to answer a few of your questions.

Recently added new Plesk Control panel to our systems giving you more control. We plant a tree for every new client from 2008. New support system will be added over the coming months. MD leaves comfort zone for the woods! read more ...
Internet Explorer 6 due to update
Posted on 14 February 2008InfoWorld is reporting that on February 12th, Microsoft will roll out Internet Explorer 7 through Windows Server Update Services to all systems - regardless of whether or not the update had been requested previously. The piece also mentions ways to prevent the update from occurring, for sysadmins who do not want to use IE7 on their systems. Microsoft claims that the decision was made due to 'security concerns'.
