From the 1st January 2008 we will be planting a tree for every website we build in an effort to cancel out the emissions created during the project.

This is something we feel very strongly about and have put in a lot of time and effort in setting this up, its been a subject we have discussed on many occasions and finally have everything in place to start planting trees.

Backbone of our wildlife's food chain are our trees and plants. Our native birds and insects plus other animals have evolved along with them and can find it difficult to survive without the food and shelter they provide.

Planting a tree is a lifetime investment and it is one of the easiest ways to offset your carbon footprint and become carbon neutral. The trees will absorb carbon dioxide and produce oxygen and wood, a great importance to humans and other animals.

We will plant native British trees to enhance the natural UK landscape and each tree planted will offset your environmental impact by reducing approximately 730 kg CO2 emissions over its lifetime of around 100 years. An estimation is that the average person needs to save around 7,000 kg of CO2 per year, so if we planted just 10 trees each year it would certainly go a long way in achieving this.
