This service is used to route calls to different destinations depending on your requirements based on the time of the day. The service is FREE to set up and there are no ongoing or hidden charges.

Our Time of Day Call Routing can route calls to up to 10 time settings. For example, if you were a small business who wanted to offer telephone availability in the evenings and on Saturday mornings, you could set up your call routing as follows:

• Weekday daytime 9am to 5pm - Route to your office number.
• Weekday evening 5pm to 8pm - Route to destination 2
• Saturday morning 9am to 1pm - Route to destination 3
• Saturday afternoon 1pm to Monday morning 9am - Route to your office answering service.

To set up the Time of Day Call Routing service we will allocate you a non-geographic number. The service can then be self-administered via an easy to use secure web interface, so that you can make changes to your call routing quickly and easily.
